We need a valid business certificate from you in order to register you as a reseller or business customer at the Hellum Online Shop.

Here you will find the list of possible business certificate that we accept:

• Business registration from the city/municipality
• Digital business registration from the city/municipality
• Articles of association (all pages please)
• Excerpt from the commercial register from the district court
• Excerpt from the register of cooperatives from the district court
• Extract from the partnership register from the district court
• Institutions/authorities: a certificate from the sponsorship showing the authority to sign and, if applicable, a power of attorney from the person authorized to sign.

When uploading your business certificate, please only use PDF, PNG or JPG files.

If your business certificate is more than a year old, please also submit an official document (not older than 1 year) that shows that the trade still exists. This can be, for example, the last sales tax advance return from the tax office or a two-line statement from your tax advisor.

The billing address is the address of the company responsible for paying the bill. Usually the address of the legal entity or of the registered office.

The registered office represents the official address of a company and the main place of administration of a company. According to § 4a GmbHG, the registered office of a GmbH is the place specified in the articles of association.

In the course of the further registration, you can enter further addresses and different delivery addresses of the company.
