We are currently looking for an experienced E-Commerce Supervisor (m/f/d)

Your tasks will include:

• Independently operate sales platforms such as Amazon, Ebay, Wayfair, own webshop etc.
• analyse the sales data of the platform and create an appropriate sales strategy
• regularly optimise item advertisements, adjust item offers in time to ensure a good sales status or to increase market share
• upload item data to the sales platforms
• resolve customer enquiries on the job, answer customer emails
• handling of sales enquiries, order tracking information, after-sale service and complaints.

Your activities:

• Clearing and reconciling accounts
• Accounts Receivable
• Checking, account assignment and posting of all business transactions
• Processing of dunning and payment transactions
• Open item management
• Preparation of reports to the management to monitor the company's success

You should bring this with you:

• Completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or commercial training with professional experience in accounting
• preferably knowledge of DATEV, or knowledge of a comparable program
• Flexibility and reliability
• good adaptability
• safe use of MS Office programs
